AFI Invoice SAP

This blended learning course is aimed at those who check, process and approve incoming invoices using the AFI Invoice SAP software solution.  

The seminar is divided into independent study units and online lessons with our trainers. During the entire seminar period, the trainers are available to assist participants with comprehension questions.

After this course, participants will be able to independently process incoming invoices in the AFI Invoice solution.

This course is aimed at staff with specialist responsibility in accounting. Our trainers guide the participants through the online course and provide instruction in the use of the AFI software solution. 

In keeping with the motto "Software you can touch", the participants will have access to numerous practical exercises for the verification and release process in the true-to-life simulation software. 

After this course, participants will be able to assist their coworkers in their work with the AFI software solution. The course can also be used as a work of reference or a brush-up. It is available in German and English. 

AFI Invoice SAP Approval

This blended learning course is aimed at those who check and approve invoices with the AFI Invoice SAP Approval component.

AFI Purchase SAP

The blended learning seminar "AFI Purchase SAP" provides participants with a comprehensive overview of the ordering process using the SAP integrated AFI software solution. Upon completion of the seminar, participants will be able to independently handle purchase requisition and order processes using AFI Purchase. Creating and approving via the AFI Purchase web application will also be introduced.

The course participants will learn how to use the web application by means of videos and practical examples. AFI Purchase Mobile Requisition

The course participants will learn how to use the web application by means of videos and practical examples. In line with the motto "Software you can touch", the participants are provided with numerous practical exercises in the true-to-life simulation software. After the course, participants will be able to create and edit purchase requisitions using the AFI solution and submit them to the approval process. 

AFI Server Applications

The generic term "AFI Server Applications" covers all components of your AFI solution that involve the digitization and readout of documents. 

At its maximum, this includes the software for scanning documents, e-mail collection, the OCR components for text recognition, and the program for validating the recognized data before it is transferred to the SAP system. 

The "AFI Server Applications" seminar will examine these components from a technical and administrative perspective.

Check-Up Day after Go-Live

Experience from many installations of AFI solutions has shown that the system is often not used optimally in everyday life. This is usually due to the fact that certain functions are not (or no longer) familiar or that the system is operated differently than intended. This results in inquiries, difficulties and possibly a certain uncertainty on the part of the user. For this reason, it is advisable to hold a "check-up day" sometime after the go-live of a system, during which an experienced trainer is available to provide advice and support.

Recording

You can arrange the video recording with our trainers in advance. The trainer's explanations during the online phase are recorded from the blended learning course.

After that, we edit the recordings and upload it into the overview page for the courses. This allows participants or even new colleagues to learn the content seamlessly after the training phase.
